Why do scentwork?

Dogs have used their noses to find food and mates ever since they have existed and they love doing it. In our scentwork classes you’ll work together with your dog on something they’ve been doing their whole lives. Previously sniffing was something they did by themselves but now it will be something you can share together.

Who can do Scentwork?

Scentwork is appropriate for all dogs regardless of age and breed. It’s a great way to help energetic dogs focus and calm and to offer something to dogs with upcoming vet interventions or older dogs with less mobility an exercise that stimulates them. 

Upcoming courses and workshops:

Introductory workshop – 2hrs £40 – In this workshop we will show you how to harness your dog’s scentwork, identify and indicate scent and find items.

Bronze Sniffer Dog Course – 4 weeks of hour long classes – £80 – continuing on from the two hour workshop this will teach you and your dog how to identify and locate a scent in a variety of different environments. Book now email – [email protected]
