Alice is a fully qualified dog trainer, registered and accredited by the APDT (Association Pet Dog Trainers, the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) and is also a UK Sniffer Dog Instructor.

Having completed her IMDT and APDT training qualifications and assessments Alice has continued to study and further her knowledge; she has recently completed her APDT Advanced, her Gold Sniffer Dog training and is completing her IMDT Behaviourist qualifications.

Alice regularly trains alongside and with local trainers and schools, ensuring she is always up to date with the latest positive methods and learning from the array of dog professionals we have around us.

Alice is passionate about all dogs but her real passion lies with helping adolescent and rescue dog owners rebuild their relationship with their dogs. She often teaches at neighbouring dog schools and training companies.

All the training provided at Windsor Paws is positive and force free, this means that rather than punish a dog when they do something they shouldn’t we instead work to encourage them to be motivated positively not to do that thing. This helps improve the bond between the dog and it’s owner and is scientifically proven to be longer lasting than more aversive methods.
